Webprints makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. Webprints does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability. Webprints will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Governing Law. These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Webprints and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Webprints.
Waiver and Severability of Terms. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Webprints to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Webprints and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
